You made the smart choice by deciding to save money and upgrade your facility using the Orange & Rockland Business Direct Install Pathway. This decision will help your business lower its energy usage and monthly costs. Through a partnership between Orange & Rockland and NEIF, you may qualify for a no interest, 12-24 month payment plan for projects upwards of $25,000 (minimum loan of $2,000*).

Three Simple Steps For Customers

1. Get a Proposal

Tell your participating contractor that you’d like to review a monthly payment proposal. If you don’t have a contractor selected, Click Here!

2. Application

Notify your contractor that you are ready to apply. Receive notification of approval typically within 2-3 business days of application. 

3. Installation

Sign closing documents and begin the installation. The first repayment is typically one month following project completion and verification.

Who is Eligible?​

Qualifying customers of Orange & Rockland’s Business Direct Install Pathway. Projects $2,000 – $25,000, installed by a participating contractor.

What improvements Qualify?

Work must be performed by a NEIF-Approved Contractor.

You must be registered as a Participating Contractor of Orange & Rockland Business Direct Install Pathway to participate in this program. Learn More Here!

2. Propose and Close Projects

Use the NEIF Commercial Finance Portal to propose and close more projects and bigger projects with Simple monthly payment solutions

3. Get Paid!

Contractors get paid quickly and directly within one week of project completion.
