NEIF-Approved Contractors are authorized to perform work under our financing programs, having met NEIF’s approval standards. NEIF, however, does not endorse or recommend contractors and is not responsible or liable for the services performed or products sold by NEIF-Approved Contractors. Borrowers have the freedom to choose the contractor who best fits their project, however all work financed under NEIF’s programs must be performed by a NEIF-Approved Contractor.
