Introducing NEIF's Go Greener Academy
This month the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) launched Go Greener Academy: a digital platform strategically curated for NEIF’s network of Approved Contractors. The new training page offers both residential and commercial NEIF-Approved Contractors free access to sales trainings and monthly webinars led by key members of the Business Development team.
As the nation’s only Certified B Corp and U.S. DOE Home Improvement Expert, NEIF is committed to supporting its partnered, Approved Contractors as they Say YES! to NEIF’s energy efficiency financing.
Ed Matos, Vice President of Business Development, led the first seminar of NEIF’s virtual series on Tuesday, September 13, followed by a second session on Thursday, September 22. Matos leads NEIF’s Business Development efforts with more than 11 years of energy efficiency direct sales and management experience.
Highlights of the inaugural webinar include:
- The best practices on setting the stage for booking initial customer appointments.
- How to utilize the right tools and presentation(s) to reinforce the sales message.
- The language contractors should use to increase the chances of a one-call close.
For the month of October, the webinar — Contractor Sales Management 101 — will be offered on Tuesday, October 11 at 1:00 p.m., and again on Thursday, October 13 at 9:00 a.m.
NEIF looks forward to the opportunity to host Approved Contractors monthly for 20 minutes of presentation, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.
