National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) Partners With Energy Efficiency Alliance to Support Pennsylvania Contractor Network
ALLENTOWN, PA and DENVER, August 31, 2026 — The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) is pleased to announce it has signed a partnership agreement with the Energy Efficiency Alliance (EEA) to develop and support the Pennsylvania Contractor Network: a free, grant-funded program designed to provide residential and commercial contractors with educational resources about Pennsylvania opportunities, events, and programs that impact their businesses.
“As a leading national energy efficiency lender based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, NEIF is committed to helping our home state’s contractors grow their businesses by providing fair, transparent, and trusted financing for their customers,” said Peter Krajsa, Co-Chair of NEIF and also one of the founding board members of EEA.
“Upgrades that improve home and building efficiency, healthy, safety, and comfort are expensive and NEIF’s financing programs for HVAC, insulation, and other improvements help make them more affordable. Our partnership with the Pennsylvania Contractor Network will keep Pennsylvania energy efficiency contractors up to date on new developments in policy and programs that will help their business and their customers.”
In Pennsylvania, NEIF administers programs for the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA), the commonwealth’s “Green Bank,” including the KEEP Home Energy Loan program for home energy improvements and the MORE Loan program for municipal improvements. NEIF also offers its market-based EnergyPlus Financing program for most ome and commercial improvements.
As part of their partnership, NEIF will help promote Pennsylvania Contractor Network programming, including quarterly calls, educational resources, events, and monthly email updates. Additionally, NEIF will be engaged in quarterly KEEA meetings, helping to review Network progress and exchange new ideas.
