The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), a Certified B Corporation energy efficiency lender, adds Bill Schamp, Amy Beley, Karris Walker and Jared Mulliner to its leadership team, supporting its Approved Contractors in growing their businesses by integrating NEIF’s fair and transparent customer financing options for upgrades that make homes efficient, healthy, safe, and comfortable.
ALLENTOWN, PA and DENVER, CO, September 8, 2025 — The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), a Certified B Corporation lender and national expert in energy efficiency financing, is pleased to announce several changes in its residential business development group as it broadens the nationwide reach of its market-based and program-supported financing options for home HVAC, electrification, generators, insulation, roofing and other energy improvements. The business and contractor development team supports NEIF-Approved Contractors with training and support. NEIF-Approved Contractors are qualified, leading companies of all sizes who have met or exceeded NEIF’s standards for commitment to quality work, customer service, financial stability, and personal integrity.
- Bill Schamp, a senior corporate executive and sales management trainer, joins as Senior Director – Sales Management. He will work with Peter Krajsa, NEIF’s Co-Chair, in managing the residential business development team.

- Amy Beley, a well-known leader in energy efficiency and contractor engagement, joins as Senior Director – Southwest US. She will lead contractor recruitment and development in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and other states.
- Karris Walker, an experienced energy and electrification business development professional, joins as Senior Director – Mid-Atlantic US. She will be responsible for contractor and program growth in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and other states.
- Jared Mulliner, a sustainability and dealer development expert joins as Senior Director – Northeast US. He will work with contractors and program partners in New York and New England.
- Randy Bak continues his role as Senior Director, with a primary focus on New Jersey and its utility financing programs.
- Trey Muffet continues his role as Senior Director, with an emphasis on national accounts and channel partnerships.
- Brittany Heller has been promoted to Manager, Contractor Development, leading a newly formed team to provide additional support and resources to contractors.
