The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), a Certified B Corporation™ energy efficiency lender, announces expansion of its energy home improvement lending programs in to Colorado and other Southwestern US states.
DENVER, CO, September 11, 2025 — Colorado homeowners and qualified contractors who serve them can now utilize special financing from the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), a Certified B Corp, for improvements that lower heating and cooling costs and improve a home’s health and comfort.
Upgrades that qualify for financing include HVAC, electrification, generators, insulation, roofing, solar and other energy improvements. All work financed must be performed by NEIF-Approved Contractors: leading companies of all sizes that have met or exceeded NEIF’s standards for commitment to quality work, customer service, financial stability, and personal integrity.
Colorado-based Amy Beley, a well-known leader in energy efficiency and contractor engagement, has joined NEIF as Senior Director, Southwest US to lead contractor recruitment and development in the region.
