CONSUMER LOAN INFORMATION

Financing for home and commercial improvements is available in South Carolina through the National Energy Improvement Fund, a Certified B Corp lender, meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact. NEIF focuses on increasing the affordability of home and commercial energy improvements through transparent, True Fixed Rate financing with no fees to the borrower and no pre-payment penalties.

Current available programs are:

  • EnergyPlus Loan – True fixed rate financing for most types of energy and resiliency home improvements
  • NEIF Commercial Energy Finance – financing for commercial, industrial and municipal energy improvements, available nationally 
  • Rebate Bridge – Advance funding to contractrors for utility and program rebates
